Is there an age restriction?  Participants need to be at least 15 years old but there is no cap on elders joining us!

Do I need to be super to join?  No!  If you are brand new to fitness training then we suggest you join some of our mainstream sessions alongside the Spartan Prep Program .

Is the Spartan Race dangerous?  Yes and no.  The Dubai Spartan Race Team are a professional bunch but the course is uneven, with potentially dangerous obstacles.  You will sign a waiver releasing anyone of liability.  As with anything a little demanding, there is a risk involved.

If I miss a session, do I get a refund.  No. Unless it is very special situation.  You are making a commitment for 6 weeks.

Can I do the Prep Program without participating in the actual race itself?  Yes, you are more than welcome!

I have some medical / health problems.  Can I join?  Go and see your doctor now and find out if they are happy for you to exercise.
