At Tribal, our goal is to guide all the members of our community to their true health through natural food, movement and living. Join us on Friday 11 March as we spend a fun evening with Chef Noor learning how to make healthy, natural dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chef Noor will guide you through the hands-on preparation of each dish while enjoying a social afternoon/evening out with the Tribe! While we look forward to enjoying our delicious creations and spending some time with Chef Noor and the Tribe, we are most excited about putting our community on the path to true health through natural food!

The afternoon/evening will include some top kitchen tips from Chef Noor, along with easy and delicious healthy recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and as always, it's a great chance to socialize with our amazing Tribe.

Price: 45 BD per person, includes approximately 3-4 drinks per person (beer/wine), as well as water, all food and materials. BYO beverages is encouraged.

About Chef Noor
Chef Noor holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Culinary Institute of America, graduating with honors, and has worked at a farm-to-table restaurant in Hawaii, as well as Chef Jean-George's renowned Spice Market restaurant in Manhattan. Upon returning to Bahrain, Chef Noor worked at Bushido, heading their Ramadan Tent kitchen for two consecutive years. Noor's work is now freelance, with her passion focused on health and plant-based living. Her desire is to spread the message of healing the body through food, lifestyle and daily movement.
