The new and improved Tribal Fitness Journal has arrived. We've gone digital and will provide a new Tribal Fitness Journal to everyone and anyone that gets in touch with us requesting one. They will be sent out in PDF format via email and, just like the older Tribal Fitness Diary, are great for tracking your food intake, your activity levels, taking on our Tribal Challenges, and working towards your next Tribal Band. We've also updated our Tribal Band standards for both juniors (up to 15 years old) and adults (16+ years old) - these are included inside the Tribal Fitness Journal and can always be referenced in The Jungle and The Summit, as well as here for adults and here for juniors.
