I am a wife to my sweet husband and a soon-to-be small business owner. I have been working out for 7 years and I have been coaching at Tribal Fitness since 2023. I believe focusing on your form before increasing in weight is the best way to progress in your fitness journey. I love to see people become stronger and more confident. My goal is to be a light to those who might need extra encouragement on days when going to the gym is hard or have had a negative experience in the past. When not coaching, I enjoy traveling, baking, and hiking when the opportunity presents itself!
